Kylie been to the US about 3 times, 2002 with KIIS Jingle Ball, and 2009 For You, For Me Tour, and 2011 Aphrodite Tour, who knows if she will return again. Not like she is touring the world often anyway. Her gigs through the years mostly Australia and Europe based.

Aphrodite tour and Kyliex2008 tour remains her biggest and widest range tours yet.

The first song is about worrying when she was going through cancer treatment, how more personal do you want? her to rap her smear tests?

I’ve tried to get into her and I just can’t. This song doesn’t do much for me either.

I really want to like her.

Start with Light Years or Fever. Even Aphrodite may be a good starter. If you want a more personal album start with Kylie Minogue or Impossible Princess. The woman has literally done everything so there's likely an album that will cater to your music tastes. :D

How so? She essentially discusses what she wants the song to be about with her co-writers and proceeds to write it with them? It's been stated that the album will heavily focus on her failed engagement and a lot of more personal things she never really felt comfortable writing about until now. Lady Gaga claimed Joanne was very personal for her, yet she co-wrote every song as well...does the existence of co-writers mean a song can't be personal? :what:

She recorded this album in Nashville! What are the chances she'll tour in the US???

My hope is that since it will have country elements that she'd have more success in the United States and Canada. However, she'd really need great distribution here and based on her current promotion schedule, it all seems focused in Europe. So, I doubt it. I'd love for her to at least do 5 dates or so in North America...I'd be willing to travel. Wishful thinking though.

Dancing is a BOP

I agree! It seems very divisive, but I love it? The mixture of acoustic and pop-bop slays me. I also love the lyrics.

This one better be good. I love Sia but Kiss Me Once was a snooze fest, I listened to it and deleted it right away.

"Very personal", "Co-wrote half of it" is giving me Britney Jean teas. :awkney:

I'm working on a a funky disco pop, Breakbot/Chromeo/The 1975 retrowave style cover of Dancing. I hope when it's done K ends up hearing it somehow.
