The 2nd chorus builds really well and gives me chills. Good job with this one and keep writing:):) I'm a songwriter so I know how hard it can be to feel confident about your work. keep putting yourself out there. We'll support you.

Hell yeah, it's hard to feel confident about what you do. Especially, showing out your songs is something really intimate (when you write 'em of course, not talking about commercial artists who got 20 different songwriters per album) because I guess you show the deepest part of you. It might not be really the case in Time Bomb even though it means a lot to me, but my 4th album is really really personal and it's even hard to listen to it myself. I'm gonna share some songs on GGD anyway when they're completely done but, you are completely right.

I'll be really glad to hear what you do! You can DM me anytime to show me your work! Thank you for your support

Honestly, invest in a mic. They’re not expensive at all these days, even a cheap one would be better than a headset mic. The pitch correction and eqing/filter you’ve used on your voice is a bit heavy too - you don’t need to highend everything out and cut all the mids out. Maybe that’s due to the mic you’ve recorded with, but if so then try and boost some of the mids and don’t go for an ultra clear sound.

I think it'll be better if the vocals are an octave higher, perhaps you can try that if you can :laughga:

I'm not sure I can sing higher without feeling uncomfortable ahahah but thank you a lot for your advice

Obviously you know what you're talking about. Year I totally should consider buying a mic, do you know a good one? Yeah I use a lot of plug-ins to make my recordings sound more professional because the raw vocals are really bad. I especially use the EQ to heighten the high notes and lower the low ones. This is the only way to make it listenable. I guess the result sounds a lil bit robotic and not really natural, but I'm gonna work on it, thank you :tony:

If you’re going to use a pitch corrector, use Melodyne. You can pretty much pirate it so dw about costs :toofunny: I literally torrent all of my plugins. Look up videos on male vocal EQing too. As a good default you should cut off all frequencies below 100hz, reduce a little around 200-500hz, and raise between 1000-2000hz. Most male vocal frequencies are between those ranges. Look on amazon for any dynamic/condenser mics :)

I'm vibing it! I like how some of the lyrics just play with the rhythm of the song. :music:

Yes, I also do love partying in moving houses as seen in that one Bacardi tv ad.
