They clearly tried to up the quality on Glory but it didn't spawn one hit. So now they know it's not the image, it's Britney herself. She never promotes, scraps everything releases crappy MVs, has only 1-2 singles per era, promotes only PoM and etc. If she goes to The Super Bowl she can easily make a comeback, just like Gaga did.
