So, this is my opinion as someone from the U.S. who didn't start listening to her till Cheek to Cheek. Therefore, I am basing it on my perspective as someone part of the General Public who listened to the radio casually. I'm also factoring in general impact that I noticed at the time:

 

1) Bad Romance (was gonna put Poker Face Here, but I remember how everyone was talking about the BR MV for a long time)

2) Poker Face (arguably could be put at #1; big hit)

3) Born This Way (Song was big on radio for a short while. Also remember it cause I found the album artwork to be beyond strange)

4) Just Dance (This song was huge sales wise, and I had heard it. However, I didn't necessarily know it was a Lady Gaga song)

5) The Edge of Glory (I still hear this song on the radio. The first song that I heard from a Gaga as a member of the GP that I would listen for on the radio)

6) Paparazzi (Another big song. Again, the MV was talked about a lot)

7) Telephone (Was on the radio a lot. Didn't love the song tbh)

8) Alejandro (I never watched the MV at the time. I just remember hearing this on the radio a lot... especially in clothing stores for some reason)

9) Applause (I remember it cause people were talking about Katy vs. Gaga at that time. It also had a large presence on radio for a good while)

10) Million Reasons (Super Bowl impact)

Honorable Mention: DWUW (another song I remember liking. Had a decent run on radio from my recollection)

 

Songs that were apparently "big", but I didn't really notice the impact of:

You&I (Love the song though)

LoveGame (Literally forgot about this song completely)

Judas (Was shocked it is a top 10 hit. I had no idea it existed till I listened to BTW as a whole. Thank you TEOG for saving the BTW era)

Never heard Applause either... but everyone I know know the song.
However, I'm not a radio listener but dwuw was 24/7 on NRJ like seriously I was shocked
