Alexander Blue 1,335
The Egyptian President "Abdulfattah El Sisi" approved on a new law to criminalize the usage of Drones without having a license , and the Egyptian Parliment approved also that in last 18 December. The law prohibits the import, manufacture, assembly, trading, possession or trading of drones , except after obtaining a permit from the Ministry of Defense in accordance with the procedures regulated by the executive regulations of the law to be issued within three months. The law criminalizing the use of "Drones" is punishable by imprisonment for a period of one to seven years and a fine of between 5,000 and 50,000 pounds for anyone who contravenes the law. Irrelevant 20,293
But according to the article, it's banning the manufacturing/use of drones without a license/permit, which could lower incidents imo? It could seem like a bit too much, but I don't see the bad in it? Unless I am misunderstanding something lol

U can just ban new technology... thats how ur Nation starts lagging and falling behind others in productivity and advancement before u know it industries struggle to compete when they are based on your Nation and either leave or struggle if they stay For the moment drones arent major enough to affect any Nation that much... But if you wait until the effects are felt, already its too late, uve fallen behind and its not easy to catch up
