moonsago 7,285
Isn’t Putin trying to make it seem like Rusia is constantly in danger even though they aren’t? Which only makes people there stand by him even more because he gives them ‘safety’. And I read somewhere that something like that could actually end up in accidental war. The same person said they predict a conflict with Russia by 2021 so I don’t know. Ya’ll, I live in a country that was apart of the USSR but now is apart of NATO and we’re also pretty close to Rusia so if this happens ya’ll know where the first bombs go lmaoooo But eh, I’m starting to get imune to all this war talk, I’m still scared but at this point I’m just waiting for it to happen cause I know at some point it will. Is this how the days before the other two wars were?

But I mean that broadly there are going to be more people suffering and I think that kind of thing can be avoided in our age

And what do we know about Putin and Kim except what media serves us?! and we all know how media works. If people in those countries feel and live good, why does anyone have to interfere. The main problem in the world is the USA, that's as clear as day, they want to control the world and be the #1 force, that's why they start wars everywhere not giving a **** about people who live there, they try to establish themselves as some "peace makers" by constantly doing the opposite, starting wars. This time around they're scared of North Korea cuz of its nuclear power which makes them unable to control it. Say what you want but USA's greed is the main problem in the world RN. Guest
I understand Kim Jung Un since he's a threat to the world, but Russia? Sure Putin isn't the best but russians seem okay with him and they seem to be doing alright why would the US seem them as a threat, economic threat maybe? I just don't understand why the US always has to pick out some enemies and decide it's time for war. What a big ego, and selfishness. But i'm not surprised I think we all kinda lowkey knew a war can happen in a few years or sooner than that. The problem with war is that every country gotta join and share their opinions and make a squad, nobody got time for that, I sure don't so if it happens, they better not ask me to "help" or to donate money, or any activity that has to do with war! **** that ****, and **** politics! Adakam 2
Has it ever been different? Fear mongerers have talked about a big war incoming since pretty much the Cold War. All countries involved know that wars lead to losing a lot no matter who wins in the end. With tensions escalating with NK, the best thing the others can do is move to "be ready", as a message of deterrence. With or without nukes involved, the mutual assured destruction theory still stands, noone wants to pull the trigger, and face the consequences. imnotyourbabe10 6,120
Trump wants to continue to distract. Start a war, maintain capitalism, look like the hero. It's called The Shock Doctrine. "This [TSD] centers on the exploitation of national crises to push through controversial policies while citizens are too emotionally and physically distracted by disasters or upheavals to mount an effective resistance." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shock_Doctrine The author of that book above is also a hunty, so read up GGD I'm starting to take on a George Carlin mindset these days--this economy, life, relationships, etc are all such a farce.
