Because these responses formulate from years of unique experiences, outlooks, and ideas, no two people respond to a song the same way. And when that music has the capacity to heal and give hope - I mean, what truly could be any more important than that? moonsago 7,285 Posted December 27, 2017 Share Posted December 27, 2017 This made me extremely emotional, I feel like sometimes we don’t really appreciate what Katy is doing for these little ones. I remember during the PRISM x ARTPOP fiasco while being bitter I would play the ‘oh well her music is for kids she’s not a real artist, it’s so generic etc’ card but in reality those kids need music too. Her demographic is different and how Gaga inspires teenagers and young adults she inspires little ones and in the past few years I started to understand that and get over the ‘feud’ and just apreciate her work again because I used to be a Katy fan before that situation but what happened made me choose sides when in reality there weren’t sides because it wasn’t a fight, it was just life, it just happened that way.
