Delusional Aura 5,129
I have already said people buy iPhones because of its name. Samsung keeps winning; Android keeps winning; Google keeps winning.

Thank you so much for this! This is really useful, I’m going to try it one of these days.

Haroon 49,685
I didn’t know they had a battery replacing service To be honest I’ve always lost or broken my iPhones like 1 year into having them or less or something so I’ve ended up with a new one through insurance and so never had a battery degrade really Family members have complained about this though but I used to blame them not charging their phones correctly

PoshLife 17,019
This... is... news...? This has been happening to my circa-2005 video iPod for years haha. I thought it was just commonly known by now that aging lithium ion batteries can't function as well in the cold. Like literally my iPod would go from 100% battery to shutting itself down in 5 minutes whenever the temperature was below 50 degrees. It was so annoying. Don't ask me why I kept that thing for so long... don't use it anymore, though. Edit: since everyone's also chiming in on the Apple vs Android debate... my first smartphone was the HTC Incredible II, and I liked it but after 3 years it barely functioned, and that was when I tried an iPhone (5c at the time). I liked the 5c, but it got a virus earlier this year so I definitely had to upgrade - my new iPhone X is obviously much much better. Depending on how this one goes, I'll either continue with Apple or try a Samsung phone which I've obviously heard good things about. I will say, if for $1,000 I don't get at least three years out of this thing, I'm gonna be annoyed. But I have a Macbook Pro at home and I do like how easily my phone and computer interact. Daredevil 2,133
iOS is still the fastest mobile operating system. you can benchmark your old iPhone with an android phone released in the same year and you‘ll see it. fact is: most Android phones can’t afford doing the same thing. their operating system is already slow.
