It makes sense for her to finish the Joanne tour, release ASIB and the soundtrack and then this residency will work with the new album and a schedule will be fitted around that. 74 dates within 2 years is so easy and it gives so much room for movement, she can promote the album as well as perform songs from it at the residency.
