Omg I feel like he's so pretentious and is like that super geek boy from class that does all of his homework in time and is perfect at everything he does and wants the teachers to praise him all the time.

Usually I would agree, but recently I think this feeling of others being pretentious or such over-achievers stems from us. There's literally nothing wrong with working hard and being ambitious, and props to Ed Sheeran for being more confident.

Now that I'm in college, I'd kill to be more like that. I was always the geek boy in class as well, but I also was always shy and kept to myself etc.

Now I have major social anxiety issues and feel like a failure :air:

I swear if the people who make the James Bond films see this and ask this rat to do the song for the next movie I’ll raise hell there is only one person qualified for the job and her name is Lana Del Rey.

He is so fame hungry incredible, this man must have his head in the clouds

i literally can't believe im reading this. We are on a site that stans a woman who's debut album was revolved around the concept of fame and wanting it so badly.

Before she passed away I always wanted Amy Winehouse to sing a bond theme 😭

I would love for Gaga to have the opportunity to write and perform one!

His voice doesn't suit the Bond theme. He can keep it and release it in his next album called Basic Maths :emma:

If they want a big name act to do it, it really should be Gaga, Beyonce, or another male with a good, classic voice. I don’t think his voice has the sort of dark and dramatic quality a bond song needs. His voice shines in its simplicity and that it isn’t really enormous. A Bond song needs some chutzpah behind it imo.

Yes, the concept. It was a concept album, with a story and a narrative, not a damn autobiography :laughga:

be more of an abstract thinker than that you're not that dull. She wore raw meat, a flying dress, thrown up on, and gave up on her actual dream of being an actress so she could become famous. Gaga WANTED to be famous whether you wanna think that or otherwise

True, but don’t compare the DEBUT of an artist to a constantly looking for more fame and success songwriter.

he hasn't even had the success that his peers has achieved yet. Yes he's done extremely well but he want to be a star and i don't see why everyone has such a big problem with that. i'd argue more than 50% of the people on this site want to be as famous as he wants to be
