He says that every album is his last one...so I wouldn’t take it too seriously...:gum:

I saw this posted on his Facebook by a fan. It's just a theory tho

"He didn't say it was his last album. If you didn't understand the content of Castle and Arose...then you must miss out on a lot of the clever **** Eminem does. He's a genius. Castle is a letter to Hailie from a 2007 perspective at the time of his overdose. He overdosed at the end of the track. Hence the sound of pills being taken and a body drops. In Arose he's in a hospital bed dying... You can hear him in the background grunting... struggling to speak.. and wake up. ( this track is much better with headphones ) He's saying good bye to every one. But he manages to come out of it and Arose! He rewinds back to the end of Castle and instead of taking the pills..... he flushes them down the toilet. Genius. Also I love how he titles this Arose and samples the song A rose. And he arose on the track. Very very clever indeed."

makes sense, but he still ends Arose saying it's his last album so that person's theory doesn't really work out. But i love how he connected the songs like that.

Same! I'm not the biggest Eminem fan but when I read that and then listened again I was like WOWWW! He really is so smart :diane: This album is so personal I'm loving it

what's kinda neat, is that this month is the 10 year anniversary of his overdose.

wonder if he released the album this month on purpose, specially cuz it's called Revival

Done with it as in done with music or done with the angry/bigoted nature of his songs?

As much as i do recognise EMINEM as being a legend and a great rapper, i have never understood why strong, female, feminist artists like P!nk, Beyonce and Rihanna do songs with him (and some in repeat?). I mean he comes across as misogynist, homophobic and full-on in most of his tracks.

Sure Eminem. Thats certainly not a promotional trick to get your album saled.

In 6-8 years hell be back. (or before that)

He used the word f****t like crazy, used gay as an insult in songs, had songs about abusing women, and made transphobic jokes (involving Gaga, by the way).

I can't imagine why any of you would want to support him, tbh...

Xoxo, Victoria
