Ed Markey has proposed a Congressional Review Act to reverse the FCC's decision, and states such as New York, California, etc. have sued to defend it. The FCC is the Federal Communications Commision, and its basically a department or a group of people thats supposed to look after the communications of people thru online/ airwave mediums, like radio, media, the internet and so on. Basically their trade is communication thru telecommunications. Idk what its got to do with Eurovision fully atm tbh, but its definietly gonna affect how people are going to use the internet if its repeal stays permanent.
