The Witness Tour has nothing original in it. The opening alone is literally the same as the opening for Kylie Minogue's 2008 tour. The looks .... There's influences from various moments in Kylie's shows. And here are the receipts:

The Confessions Tour was unlike any tour we'd seen before. They are not comparable in my opinion. The Witness Tour looks fun, I guess.
