Nah, ATRL is heavily moderated and you get WPs for nothing. It has gotten stricter which has taken away some of the humor sadly. I feel like I can get away saying much worse things on ATRL. You can shade anyone besides Gaga and not have to worry about getting a WP.

It wasn't everyone making fun of Emma, it was just one guy. He was mad at her because she said anyone who criticized Gaga's decisions weren't "true fans". Though, many people laughed because it was so out of the blue and ruthless

I've been a member here for 7 years and a member there for 4. I prefer ATRL, but not necessarily for the design. I think the ATRL design is boring, but it does the job. I prefer all of the most recent threads being on the front of the page, and the most popular threads of the week alongside. I don't like how GGD only shows the top 5.

Not gonna lie though, the messiness can get ridiculously hilarious. For example, this one time Jessie J (who's leg was broken at the time) broke the story that a fan had broken their own leg because they wanted to be like her. It was later revealed that the fan was an active user on ATRL, and she came into the thread to justify why she did it and apologize. The thread was a humongous event, like 50 pages. Then it was rumored that she was killed or died and never logged back on again  

Another time a girl posted a picture of her credit card online, and a 30 page thread was made where people were buying their faves music on iTunes. Someone bought 10,000 copies of Warrior with it and posted the receipt  By the end of the thread, everyone was terrified they would go to prison  A user revealed that this girl on the Amazon live customer service chat named Disha was giving out 10 dollar vouchers for people who reported the fraud, so everyone was logging on asking if they could speak with Disha. Then everyone started making these edits  

Also, when the BTW album cover was revealed, the whole site turned the situation into a meme by creating their own spinoffs

You get a WP (or 2 depending on the severity of offense) every time you post trolling or flamebait, which are given out quite generously. Even calling a pop girl a nickname like Gaga can get you a point. These WPs have expiration dates, usually a month. If you reach 5, you get banned for 2 weeks. 10, 2 months.

Yeah, it was just one user. But some people still laugh at it because it was so ****ed up.  People aren't that messy on there, you can't be... otherwise you would be banned all the time. The only place on the forum people are genuinely messy is a thread called Stand Your Ground, where trolling rules don't apply and you can say whatever you want.
