I highly doubt he did anything to her. Or else she wouldn't even sing Paparazzi anymore.

I remember other worst tweets that he tweeted about Gaga (not rape related) but I want to see if I could find proof of them first.

I saw him a year or two again at the Apple Store in NYC— he was giving a music production demonstration and broke down how paparazzi was created sonically. It was pretty cool as a fan.

As a lawyer who does some entertainment work, I've read most of the pleadings in the case between Rob Fusari and Lady Gaga, along with the case between Wendy Starland and Rob where Gaga came in as a third party.  In those cases, the three of them all pretty much confirm the same timeline of her being 20 when she is introduced to Rob, and they also acknowledge her dating him for a few months (he admits to hooking up with Wendy too but disagrees with Wendy's claim that he was still engaged at the time, FWIW).  I've heard that she has said she was 19 when she was assaulted, and if that's true, the lawsuit timeline basically rules him out.  

Anyway, in the deposition transcripts Lady Gaga makes some disparaging remarks about Rob, and Rob ends up countersuing Wendy.  In the countersuit, he claimed that Wendy's remarks in the "Poker Face" book caused him to lose at least one client (a young girl whose father was upset because Wendy's comments about his relationship with Gaga suggests that he's a pervert).  So yes, I think there was (and possibly still is) some bad blood between them all, but I also think it has a lot to do with the legal cases, along with everything leading up to the cases, and nothing to do with Fusari assaulting anyone.  At least I hope not, because as much as he sounds like kind of a jerk, I do like the songs they made together.
