I don't really think this post is generalizing. He didn't say every refugee is undeveloped and dangerous, he said that it is dangerous to let a massive amount of people from undeveloped countries to Germany. That doesn't mean everyone of those people are dangerous, it means the situation of letting everyone in without controls is dangerous. At least that is what I would say and how I understood it.
