Women in general were snubbed in the Grammys, most surprising ones were Katy Perry, Dua Lipa and Demi Lovato. While the others have nominations, it is the minimum of one to the maximum capacity of five. SZA, Gaga, Kesha, Kelly, Lorde, Pink, Julia, Cardi and Bey were really lucky for those noms but the majority of being male are sexist. I might get warning ppints for this but I do not understand why Grammys are underrating women. The fact Bjork,Diana, Katy has none, Cher and Britney only got one, Kesha never got a nod before this year really shows Grammys are sexist.

Dua Lipa has just had her first real hit single, maybe with her next album she can get a nomination.

males have been dominating the charts so it's hardly shocking the award shows this/next year will be mostly male nominations, taylor will be filling the next years grammys with reputation, bookmark me

I think the Grammys are just representing what was big in the music industry. Females, in general, weren’t having a great year on music charts until the Cardi/Taylor combo in the US and Dua/Pink in Europe.

The charts as a whole has to change first before we can pin it on the Grammys.

Demi is so ****ing overrated by stan twitter. She can belt, but that’s about it. Her songs are not good and lacks authenticity

Dua Lipa unfortunately isn't that big in America yet, but I do think she deserves a nom. Her album is really good.

As for Demi, I read somewhere she released after the deadline? TMYLM is amazing so it does deserve recognition

I think the main issue is ROTY is ALL men. AOTY only has ONE woman. Regardless of how male-dominated sales were this year, this isn't the billboard awards.
