Keep in mind guys this is consumer debt as a percentage of economy (GDP)

Other ways of measuring such as consumer debt against average or median incomes or after tax disposable income can change the rankings!

This is true but when a cellphone carrier is giving away deals for iPhone X or something people keep buying and buying and taking loans that the banks gives them and so on..

Wait a few years, you'll see that you have no choice but to be in a debt or to take a loan... things are just too expensive..

I don't have a problem to buy things, money is not an issue (so far), but you never see me with expensive clothes or useless things..

Like I want the Switch and iPhone X, I can have them in a sec, but I don't, I prefer to wait, maybe I can buy them with a discount, second hands etc

I'm usually buying things second hand after xmas because people got the same gift twice so they sell it half price :)

Does this represent good debt or bad debt. Im assuming just debt in general.

Its general debt. IT doesnt distinguish between a low 3% mortgage debt or 27% interest credit card debt its just debt in general

So this list may not be an exact representation of what places are worst
