PROTECT OUR QUEER CHILDREN That's like saying "Prayers for Bobby" reinforces the notion that gay kids with parents that don't accept them should kill themselves This kind of age gap is a common thing in our community. Imo, it's mostly due to the pool of other gays being smaller than the ocean of straights. It doesn't necessarily mean those choices are gonna be mature, rational or even critical. This said, hell, I don't trust my choices when it comes to relationships now that I'm 21. I probably won't 10 years from now either, so unless there's some serious proof of abuse (which there isn't, you might wanna read the book or see the movie before talking scheiße), there's nothing to discuss about here.
