NotMyFlop 1,979 Posted November 17, 2017 Share Posted November 17, 2017 I have always been a relatively big fan of Applause since it dropped in 2013, but I did not see the avid admiration the fanbase has given it. I preferred all her other lead singles to Applause, a majority of songs on ARTPOP over Applause and in general one of my least favorite singles of her too. I don't know what happened, but it came on two (ish) weeks ago and I have been completely awokened to how amazing it is. I can't stop listening to it, and I listen to it probably a dozen times a day. Walking to class, at work, driving. I can't get Applause out of my head. It's completely shifting my rankings of her songs and I feel like such a flop fan for not loving it this much until now. The scream for me part just gives me goosebumps. Whenever I listen to the studio version I’m kinda dissapointed tho but I have that with almost every gaga song.
