Commenting on this because I was one of those who brought this angle up. I have no issues with kendrick or bruno since i love their works. My main point of suspicion is they overcorrected themselves with JZ and the snubs of other white artists.

I mean, I don't really know which white artists they "snubbed". Lorde getting nominated alone seemed like a total wildcard to me since it was such a huge commercial slump (albeit with critical acclaim)
