Tony's live album is nominated for Best Traditional Pop Vocal album, Gaga has two songs on it. According to the wikipedia page the awards get given too the performing artist(s), producers, engineers and mixers. I don't know if guest vocalists receive an award too, but Gaga might be actually up for 3 noms this year.

EDIT: It was submitted as "Various Artists", she's up for 3 Grammys this year.
