She literally called for the USA to boycott the 2012 Winter Olympics in Russia due to their stances on LGBT rights and in the last 4 years the LGBT rights situation became even worse in Russia, with public lynchings of gay people in Chechnya becoming just like... a thing to do for fun. The government refuses to intervene and looks upon LGBT people getting locked into concentration camps with loving eyes really tbh.
