The "ohh"s and turn me on, turn me on parts are very catchy and still stuck in my head from one listen. She originally got to the point where she was sooo unpredictable that it became predictable of her to be unpredictable. Now she's the opposite. Sign talented artists and take some good young artists from other labels and make videos however you want release whenever you want and have the option of being fully independent!
