The year was 2002 and the album, Under Construction, ended up selling 2.2 million copies. The album featured the mega hit "Work It". The song spent 10 weeks at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, being blocked by Eminem's "Lose It". The album also featured the Top 10 Ludacris assisted hit, "Gossip Folks". the song peaked at #8. Under Construction is one of only 3 female rap albums to have 2 or more Top 10 hits and was the first to do so. Lil Mama (2008) and Iggy Azalea (2014) later followed her. On top of Ludacris the album also features Method Man, Jay Z, Ms. Jade, Beyonce and TLC.
