If you didn’t see this thing coming, that is quite problematic tbh But there’s a difference between getting feedback and just being plain insulted. I mean, I SHOULD have seen this coming but then again I didn’t expect things to get so out of context. Like, I come here for the kiii meltdowns and rumors but after some of these responses I’m like, uh.... should I go kill myself now like how some edits suggested? hoebitch11 3,924
Preferences are very diverse, nuanced and contextual tbh. Not to mention ever-changing. Can't hold it against someone if they don't like a certain thing. But of course ppl shouldn't go around demeaning those who are not their preference. And finally. All preferences, no matter what, are dictating by surroundings. But we get to choose, eventually, once we're aware, what we respond to tbh.

Dayum 240
I think masculinity is what gay men want. It is telling to their heterosexual counterparts that: "Hey, we're just like you, the only difference between you and me, is that I don't like chicks. I like d1cks." That's their argument, They are striving for acceptance by the norm by limiting the difference between what a gay man is and what a straight man to the preference of genitalia. That is why, to them the fems are putting an additional hurdle. Not only are their sexual orientation different, but they also act differently to how society thinks a man should act. This is their reality. I personally think that fem can be themselves for all intents and purposes. Nothing can change who they really are. It is just unfortunate that it runs counter to the ideal man. I think I can only put this down as unfortunate and nothing else. The perception of weakness is of course a corollary of that. It is just a simplified opposite of what an ideal man is. Is it wrong to say a man is less a man and more a woman? I think the description is not static of course. He may be more of a man in some respect, but more of a woman in different aspect of his life. As for the advertising, it is just marketing targeting those who seek validation from society. And sometimes, it does smell like what a man would wear. Just saying. Masculinity is not fragile. People are. Just giving my two cents.

CautiousLurker 19,709
I don't see a problem with being turned off by feminine guys - you don't decide whom you're attracted to - I really don't understand why so many people struggle to understand that... Not being sexually attracted to someone =/= discrimination As for people thinking feminine gay guys give the whole community a bad rep, while I don't agree, I can see why some people would think that way... Almost every time a gay man is portrayed in film or tv, they have to be as catty and promiscuous as possible... It's almost never a regular guy and I think that's a problem... Lets be honest, there's still a large portion of people who think gay men basically want to be women and they equate attraction to men to that... I've lost count of how many times I told people I'm gay and their reaction was It's a joke! When you give me that look, it's a joke!
