If whatever music she is working on, it's NOT physically attached to the opposite side of the Joanne record. Also, B-sides are usually treated like unreleased material or hidden material. The term "b-side" changed a lot after there are no more physically released singles. Usually the single came in the A-side of the vinyl and then there was a bonus track on the B-side. Sometimes it was a track that was not on the album, but that was not always the case. Nowadays people use the term b-side to refer to any unreleased material from a certain era.
