Most Watched Non-Cable Shows Last Week

Here's the lists of the most watched non-cable shows last week. This doesn't include sports or news programs.

The first list is overall viewers. The second is the amount of 18-49 year olds watching the show. 18-49 is the important demographic for advertisers and is what keeps shows alive. For instance, CBS has a lot of older viewers above 49 years of age, giving them high overall viewers and an 18-49 demopgraphic that typically doesn't match that. CW shows always have a low amount of viewers, so they're not trying to aim for those big numbers like the other networks. Except, The Flash can compete with FOX numbers.  FOX viewership is higher than CW but typically lower than CBS, NBC and ABC. Some shows did not air on FOX last week because of the World Series.

I watch the first two shows on the 18-59 list and then Modern Family and a couple if others on the list. 

I mostly watch Cable or Netflix.

I dropped it last season, along with Scandal. They got too far fetched and strayed from the original characters too much for me.
