I know its an expression but it seems like you're exaggerating.

Look what you made me do and ready for it are satirical songs. This is nothing new for her, blank space is also a satirical song.

Gorgeous and CIWYW are love songs.

How is ready for it a satirical song :sharon:

So any song where she’s giving off a bad persona is all satirical? I don’t get that :selena:

Why is everyone being so negative towards Taylor?

She made a bop/cute/sassy song and you just hate on it.

Tbh, this is like her 21 era: LWYMMD is like her Rolling In The Deep (A fun song about revenge), Ready for it is her Rumor Has It, Gorgeous is her Turning Tables and this one is her Someone Like You

Queen Of Pop

Not everyone has to like it. And just because you like it doesn’t mean it’s good :classy:

I like this song but the non-event of the chorus sucks.

in the song, she talks about stealing hearts, meaning that she's always hunting men(according to the media)

satirical

''A satirical drawing, piece of writing, or comedy show is one in which humor or exaggeration is used to criticize something''

yes.

That’s a couple lines in the song :selena: that doesn’t mean it’s satirical overall :selena:

Whatever - her new line up of new songs are very poor compared to 1989.

This is some high level delusion.

21, sweetie, I'm so sorry that an ugly b**ch ass like this would even say that.

The comparison is delusional. 21 is a Grammy-winning diamond album with quality songs.

Taylor's releases so far are nowhere near those songs :awkney:

well, the song is about love(her new boyfriend) and the media, and the video is ALL about the media and breaking free from them... and there's a rumor that rep will be a visual album so if its a visual then thanks to the video the song is satirical overall. that's how i see it lol but i respect your opinion.

yeah her new lyrics are not that good, I agree on that.

I consider Style one of the best pop songs to have ever entered my ears. So I guess I just have high expectations

This is a lyric video not a music video that would be apart of the visual album if it does happen to be one so I don't see how any of this fits together I don't find this to be satirical

we were talking about the ready for it song and music video.
