Of all times to faint and freak people out, on the Halloween show? Also, she says she overheated later on - what part of that costume could cause you to overheat? It was just like she was pretending how someone would faint. Most people don't wobble about for a bit, they're just fine one minute and the next second, they're on the floor. My parents once experienced someone having an anuresym - one minute, she was laughing and in a second, she just checked out. There's absolutely no build up to these things. It's like once that signal goes to your brain, everything shuts down without a countdown. It actually reminded me of something not unlike this, which was clearly a fake fit as she moved around after she hit the floor (starts at 2 minutes): Now, if Wendy genuinely did pass out, that's a shame. But all I'm saying is that the timing could not be more convenient. It's Halloween and she's in a bad place right now and perhaps needs the public to feel sorry for her. When most people faint, it's usually nowhere near that convenient. It ends up happening at home, not on live tv. Why does any celebrity who's ever fainted always seem to do it when its being televised? That's not true. There absolutely can be a build up. I've had experiences where everyt hi ing turns black over the course of like 20 seconds. You can still move but you are wobbly and out of it, which happened to her. Also her costume was made a of a metallic material that clearly wouldn't be able to breathe well. If the heat can't escape when under those lights there becomes the risk of overheating. scallywally 626
This wasn't fake, she's not an actress the poor woman looks terrified. I don't know the reason, it could be lack of sleep, panic attack, mini stroke, withdrawals, a strong joint, lack of sugar, low blood pressure. Anything. But that was scary. True, there can be a bit of swaying involved. But it was just that in regards to everything else, it all seemed a bit dramatic, like how someone would pretend faint, like it was carried out for maximum impact. And not every moment like this signifies a faint, it can be something else. Then again, I've never endured it nor seen anyone else endure it, so I'm just speculating. 11 hours ago, Dayman said: You underestimate how hot it gets under studio lights. I never really took in the costume's material. That, combined with the lights, might have made a reaction, along with being dehydrated. It's just that, when I've heard about people passing out in costumes, it's always ones where the entire body is covered, animal mascot style (I read about a woman who fainted from overheating in a Minions costume once) or the entire lower body is covered in a very warm material (a kid at my aunt's school was wearing a onesie for fancy dress when it was really hot day and fainted). I've passed out under stage lights before and I remember I was so wobbly and out of it and was trying to keep my composure, but inevitably just fell to the ground.
