ITs not about defending Spacey. It’s about over sensationalizing Sexual Assault. That can be extremely damaging to people who actually really go through sexual assault.

Although I respect that he admitted what he had done. He has put the progression of the LGBT movement back a few years.

It could be read like (and will be by many close minded Americans) "Sorry I allegedly assaulted a 14 year old boy, I was drunk and confused about my sexual orientation, causing me to become a paedofile".

 

That may sound kind of extreme, but the news papers have done it before.... 

Honestly this makes me soo sad, it will be blown way out of proportion, for what may or may not have happened, Trump and admin will use this in the most disgusting way you can think as well....

 

The issue for me here, isn't the alleged sexual Assault, Its the fact he has basically blamed it on being gay.

From experience, this isn’t assault and it sort of lessens the severity of sexual assault in my opinion. Laying on someone is weird and wrong but by no means is it sexual assault. It’s just wrong that’s it. No label needed.
