Gaga will start as a brunette in a car smoking pot in a light with liquor near a seat, shedding tears. She enters a party being likely confused and all things are blurry except her and the background near her. The video goes directly shaky a la Perfect Illusion. When the chorus breaks in, she goes smoking and have fun, being disastrous but happy. It then blacks out and something appears saying Dope. She was in an asylum, somewhat the same room Katy was in during a particular painted asylum in a interlude of hers as it turns into grayish background. She tries breaking free in every pre-choruses and choruses, going through eccentric moves and at the end was her writing a note and having a pricked finger by a black rose. It then goes something through something like in Fame: Part One during the phase of the end of Beautiful Dirty Rich to the pre Brown Eyes with the same music score. It goes to Gypsy and her transforming into Gaga, still being happy, the note turning into a picture of Joanne, a hint for the Joanne era, her smiling and shedding tears of joys. She now breaks free, finds joy throughout New York City, sings around the streets and seeing Taylor in the end, kissing.
