I think we'll get music, but not in the way most people think. We'll probably get stuff similar to the way we got "I Want Your Love". Just little quickies she does for certain reasons.

C2C was released during the ArtRave and Born This Way was already being talked about during the Monster Ball Tour. It's definitely possible for her to release new music during the tour. A full-blown album, maybe not, but an EP or a standalone is more feasible.

c2c doesn't count sis cause that's a side project and not a proper pop main album

and if she were to release an ep she would have done it before the tour so everybody could experience it live not in the middle of the tour. At this point the only thing we could get is an acoustic version of an unreleased song or maybe towards the end of the tour she starts singing the first single of ASIB 

the next album is ASIB in may and after that we're getting LG6

"Insiders" -  Tbh, I like to read rumours like this even though people should take this with a grain of salt. But I am sure that Gaga could release new music during the tour, not a whole album but rather a stand-alone single or re-release?!

She still was promoting C2C as if it were its own proper pop album. Yeah, it doesn't count as an "LG[insert # here]", but she still dropped new music then. 

The next album isn't going to be ASIB. That's a soundtrack.Yeah, it's original music, and she may promote it, but she's not going to treat it like a full blown album because it was made for a movie, it isn't necessarily her work, but Ally's.
