I have the same problem I have tickets for her show in Berlin, but it‘s the time of my exams... It‘s a Friday but I definitely have to travel on a Thursday to reach Berlin... You can claim a full refund from Ticketmaster if the new date doesn’t work for you, you could then use this money to buy a new ticket if you wanted to.
