Oh my goosh.....that person never had problems in their life....Its just a joke....The hole event- its there for fun, they arent serious...what do u expect on the comic con..Its what happend on the show. Its so clear that this is not his real opinion..I feel disgusted if he had to apologize because some whiney as s kids are offended!

Cant people really tell the diffrence nowadays? "Rape Culture"- blabla, It has nothing to to with that. There is a huge diffrence when a politican says women are allowed to be raped, while holding on to an serious event-  this is something diffrent.

U dont have to like the joke- it wasnt funny to me at all. (and I usually like dark humor)But if this makes somebody cry or feel bad then wooow. what happend in their life? didnt they get their christmas presents on time?

Am I the only one that's not shocked? Maybe I'm crazy for feeling "energies" and "vibes", but it's not just a feeling I had about him... There's this clip of him kissing Emilia out of nowhere and that really gave me the creeps. I've always been told growing up that I can't take a joke, but seriously... some things should not be joked about. As my grandma reminds me all the time: "Count to 10 and then speak". So even if he says it slipped, that does not justify it. Rape jokes don't just slip unless you already have some ****ed up opinion regarding the topic to begin with. 

And regarding the tweet... last time I checked my dad is a cis male and he's sometimes a bigger feminist than some women out there... Stop generalizing jeez

Exactly, I think everyone should be held accountable for their actions, but I for sure know I've made stupid insensitive jokes when I was young and stupid but I learned better.

It's not fair to "end" someone's career for something they grew out of and regret. We shouldn't forget it of course, but I hate this wave of people acting like they're the morale police where forgiveness is nonexistent. 

Act out in that way if they're Trump or anyone else disgusting, otherwise you're sort of wasting your energies on people who are ULTIMATELY good.

People can grow and evolve and change... But nowadays it's hard to know who is sincere with their apologies and who is not. I like to believe he has grown after reading his apology carefully, but never trust anyone 100%... Only time will tell...

There are people defending what he said regardless of apology, they seem to think it’s fine to make rape jokes and he doesn’t even need to apologize. That’s a big problem. 

But then generalizations in a tweet is bigger issue that needs to be discussed over and over... how is that normal?

Overreacting. The way he said it.... he didn’t mean it how it came out and you can literally tell that right after he said that he regretted it. I love how when one big thing is going on in Hollywood little detectives have to go around and over analyze every single celebrity and accuse them of the same thing. Like we are humans and we all make tact less jokes don’t pretend like you don’t or have never. Jason made a mistake and apologized for it. But if you seriously can’t tell from that video how he meant is sarcastically then immediately regretted it then re watch it. When everyone laughs he kinda tries to back track. 

 

People get SO offended by jokes these days. No jokes are not endorsedments. Jason isn’t saying go rape women. He doesn’t condone that and no one does.
