Some stuff I can make out "afterward pain...quickly escalated...vomiting when [on?] stage...shutting it all off mentally".

I can make out a couple other random words here and there, too. Seems like the medical doc theory is correct.

I took a screenshot of the paper from five foot two, photoshopped it, and made a thread about it to try to decipher the writing. So, I think this picture may have been from that thread  I do feel bad about it. Sometimes I get overly curious. To my defense though, the shot was displayed publicly, its not like I broke into any medical files. If Gaga didn't want us to see it, she would have asked Chris to blur the writing.

I just realized you were questioning why this image was being used to represent the music archives. I thought you thought it was insensitive that someone photoshopped this image. Anyway, the use if this picture on gfr is really strange. It was probably uploaded by mistake.
