Nicole Kidmann and Reesee Witherspoon act so good in this serie. In addition the music is perfect, the scenery is amazing (filmed in Monterrey, California). Season 2 not yet announced! The serie is about two very rich mothers and one poor girl in Monterrey where domestic abuse is layered very carefully throughout the series. Its not about 3 rich moms tho cuz Shailene’s character is not rich. It’s a story about women in a suburban setting. If you haven’t watch it u definitely should! GagaMyBlood95 9,915 Posted October 3, 2017 Share Posted October 3, 2017 I watched it a couple of months earlier and I was blown away by the story line and by all the characters, so good I really really hope they do a season 2 I think HBO would be up for it since the first season got amazing reviews! At first only because of the actors but as the episodes went on, I became quite invested and at the end, loved everything about it. Though as much as I loved it, over time in my opinion, it became too overhyped for it's own good. I remember watching it at 3am (timezones ) each time + then again the next day with my mom thanks to HBO On Demand. Anyway, as lovely as the idea of all of them returning and doing another top notch season sounds, it's hardly going to happen. Even if they somehow get the same cast and crew back, I don't think the story is going to be half as good. I think Kidman and Witherspoon should simply start working on another Liane Moriarty adaptation they've already acquired the rights for - Truly Madly Guilty.
