MTV Asia: Gaga is letting fans choose between "MANiCURE," a rock 'n' roll update of "I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Out Of My Hair".

Thehud Sucker about MANiCURE: Flamboyant and rock-‘n-roll-inspired, this one just isn’t well-executed and comes off as more unattractive than lovable.

Andpop about Joanne: It's pop meets country with a little bit of rock n'roll ... into an era where Gaga's rock n' roll voice is the focal point.

Hellogiggles: Instead, the new songs have a rock & roll vibe, with smatterings of country.

Edmonton Journal: Lady Gaga ditches her attempts at weird art pop for this foray into rock 'n' roll.

Thespectrum: There are elements of the rock ‘n’ roll that inspired her best album, 2011’s “Born This Way,” as well as a few forays into country, courtesy of co-writer Hillary Lindsey.

Intv: While elements of pop are still apparent on Joanne (“Hey Girl” and “A-YO”), the album has stripped-down rock and roll at its core.

Npr: Joanne's eleven songs trace the messifying path of rock and roll through other musical traditions: musical theater, crossover country, the disco-rock hybrid Donna Summer perfected in hits like "Bad Girls."

Entertainment inquirer: If you’re drawn to variety, there are even “countrified” pop numbers (“Sinner’s Prayer,” “Million Reasons” and the autobiographical “Joanne”) garnished with a heady mix of funk and rock ’n’ roll that adds texture and vibrant color to Gaga’s continually evolving musical palette.

Torchonline: ... yet still holding onto her signature while pop lyrics and rock n roll flare.

The daily beast: "John Wayne" just lets Gaga ramp up her country, rock and roll aesthetic.

Ibum: Lady Gaga, Joanne, album review: it turns out Gaga is a rock and roll showgirl at heart.

Variety: Donned in a black leotard dripping in fringe, she belted out “Diamond Heart” and “A-YO” to what suddenly seemed like a rock n’ roll concert.

Beesreads: I think you can hear it most in what I call her “Wachaba Voice,” that throaty, slurred rock-and-roll scream she uses to belt out climactic hooks.

Hardrock about Perfect Illusion: ... was the song that had the internet freaking out. Released ahead of the album as the first single, it’s simply a straight-up rock ‘n’ roll song.

Theodysseyonline: 'Perfect Illusion' is still a fantastic song. It's equal parts rock-n-roll and EDM, and it represents Gaga's old and new styles.

Telltalesonline: Her rock ‘n’ roll voice is the focal point throughout the rock stomper, Perfect Illusion.

Celebuzz: Sonically, “Perfect Illusion” is an angry mash of many different genres and references. It’s ’80s. It’s Flashdance. It’s disco (in the production), it’s rock-‘n’-roll (in the vocal take), it’s punk (in its brevity), and it’s pure pop (in its total result).

Thestart: ... from the decidedly rock-'n'-roll opener “Diamond Heart ...

Cultureless:  “Diamond Heart” was a little rock 'n' roll and “A-YO” is a little country.

The Florida Basement about Diamond Heart: The sick drums give the track a rock-n-roll vibe.

Women: . Going into "A-YO" and the much slower, guitar-driven melody of "Joanne," it's clear that nostalgic American vibe — country, rock and roll, and maybe even a little bit of folk — is where we'll live.

Est 1997 about A-YO: It follows with its guitar riffs and the more upbeat Rock 'n' Roll vibe reminds us of her quirkier side with the sexual innuendos.

Telltalesonline: Gaga has hit the dive bar! This rock ‘n’ roll banger with tinges of electro-pop may be named after the infamous cowboy John Wayne but we have a feeling it’s based on her ex-fiance Taylor Kinney.

Lyndsey Parker : ''Million Reasons" is a country song mixed with funk and rock 'n' roll. You would never imagine it would sound that way... the feeling underneath the record is it's almost got like a little bit of a hip-hop feeling. But at the same time, it's not a hip-hop song. It's kind of like I just had no boundaries making music.

Opus about Million Reasons: ... and a strong country and rock-n-roll influence.

Speaking about “Million Reasons,” Gaga told Yahoo! the track is “a country song mixed with funk and rock ‘n’ roll,” with shades of hip-hop in the mix as well.

Realstylenetwork: The 30 year old Gaga called the song a mix of country, funk, rock & roll, and hip-hop.

Belfast Telegraph: ... while Come To Mama blurs the line between rollickingrock 'n' roll and Motown.

Irishnews: while Come To Mama blurs the line between rollicking rock and roll and Motown.

Out about Hey girl: Their voices are meant to be listened to together – just different enough for you to tell them apart, but similarly rock ‘n roll enough to create a gorgeous, streamlined girl-power song.

Telltalesonline: Merging blues with pop and rock ‘n’ roll, Just Another Day takes us back to the 60’s and 70’s.

Edit: I added JUDAS because of Gagapedia citing 2011 Gaga's  Vogue interview: Gaga mentioned that it had a more Bruce Springsteen rock n' roll/metal sound but was still a hardcore upbeat dance song.

I'm gonna choose You and I. Iconic song.

I love that the OP searched for receipts on the rock influenced songs of Gaga. Come to Mama and Just Another Day sound like 60s 70s rock. I mean, The Beatles and David Bowie are rock, aren't they?

And according to Wikipedia, Million Reasons is a folk rock song.
