(and many more female releases in the past year) all delivered fresh, cohesive albums. Critics are also kissing their asses? And not you coming for Beyoncé Gaga doesn't produce good music? Sure, you can enjoy your generic music and all, we will still bop to our quality music with meaning For the record, Lorde, SZA and Kesha produced good music. Are they fresh? Certainly not. Beyonce is not that great. She's good but does Lemonade deserve a 90? Not for heaven's sake. The visuals made it a 90. The music is at most an 80 And the audacity to come for Gaga on GAGADAILY. And not you coming for Beyoncé Except that I've read about Lorde and SZA and Kesha's albums and they have all been praised. Reputation has only been dragged. You're missing my point. Beyonce is legendary and makes amazing music, but for instance Lemonade doesn't deserve the grade it got IMO, there are far more better albums even of HERS that deserve more. You see, when I personally say that Joanne deserved more, you quote and @ me and say "oh mediocre music deserves mediocre reviews" and imply that Reputation deserves it's 81. Fine, it does to you. But you can't then say "my fave stopped giving a **** in 2011 and her music isn't that good anymore" as though that's a fact just after what you've said to me. You won't see an album review for Reputation mention what Taylor has done in the past that affects the reviewer's thoughts, but you damn well will notice a review of Joanne discuss her meat dress and her 5-minute Twitter fight with The Chainssmokers and use it to turn against Gaga and the album. I wonder how many of y'all actually just now like Reputation just because it's projected to do so well. This behavior is so sad. So many don't even have a concrete belief in their taste until HDD release their projections. Again, sad. That's all.

LetsGetHigh 52,683
At least my fave speaks up when it's wrong and isn't afraid of losing any fake fans or fans who aren't good people. At least my fave understands the true reason for music: to unite people, not to tear people down. At least my fave doesn't make songs to hurt others, even though she liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiied. At least my fave makes music available for ALL. At least my fave isn't calculated and makes changes of a traditional release to boost her opening week sales. At least my fave evolves and doesn't go back to her old producers. At least my fave takes risks and tries different stuff. And finally, at least my fave is a true artist: she can sing, she can write, and she can perform. OT: Can't wait to track Frankenstein.

Just cause you're a TFM fan, doesn't mean Gaga's albums are bad. How many people became a fan after ARTPOP and after Joanne? @Jenina for instance became a fan literally a year ago when she watched MR on Carpool Karaoke. And her favourite album? ARTPOP. Lettuce not. How come Gaga gathers so many new fans with each era? Because she takes risks and evoles with her music .

Exactly. Imo Joanne was a really good career move. Maybe we can't see this now but the result of it can be seen soon in the future. And Joanne has shown longevity in the US, so it can't be that mediocre if people still buy it one year after release......

Because she takes risks and evoles with her music . i became a fan after watching MR too but its the VS performance. bought her album after watching that and listened to her previous albums after i finished with Joanne . Sometimes a new fan might appreciate more i feel ? old fans tends to be more critical? for example if albums like reputation, witness , melodrama, rainbow, etc is Gaga's album, will her old stans / fans still love/like it ? or they gonna think differently cos its Gaga's . Million Reasons did good when it's was a single, but it's still popping up on iTunes now and then, but #31 is really high.
