If they accepted 1M for Joanne with the IFPI Report why not use the 2.3M WW Sales figure with the IFPI Report as SOURCE too.

Honestly, I am amazed every time how easily people can get hyped up over nothing, with no official announcement or any leaks. As long as there's no official confirmation of Franksteined getting released in the first place or Gaga even doing the AMAs, this is all just a Perfect Delusion that will end up with fans being upset over Gaga "breaking promises" she never made in the first place.
