Howcome Joanne and ARTPOP were certified, yet TC (which I'm sure is eligable by this stage, at least for Gold, never mind Platinum) wasn't certified? 

Also are there any other Gaga singles/albums close or eligible to being certified? If they're going to two albums, shouldn't they have just gone over her whole back catalogue or does it not work like that in America? Sorry I'm from the UK so unaware to all of this but was happy to see Million Reasons become Silver recently here, that slipped me by!

They updated Joanne as fast as they could for higher chances at grammy nomminations (the voting is going on right now), hence why she also mention MR going 2x plat soon even though it's not even certified yet. As for ARTPOP, it was prob just a misstake from RIAA's side since they tweeted that all her albums were plat or higher before even ARTPOP got it's certification on ther site so it's likely it was supposed to be updated in 2016(i think) when many of her other work got updated but it got lost and not updated until now when that tweet brought focus to ARTPOP. 

TC is already eligable for platinum but gaga and her teams focus right now is on Joanne and MR at the grammys. TC will likely get updated later, along with her other work. She got like 10M singles and 10M albums yet to be certifed.

Yep, they will prob certify everything at once when she starts an new album era to use as promotion.
