but that time you cant find any other song similar to TF sound. 

They barely played Just Dance 

then the sound become popular late 2008 then they played it.

Struggled to play the songs of course. I mean, TF wasn't exactly something that was on the scene. TF revolutionised pop music and radio started playing Gaga's music after she set the trend. 

So what does this have to do with TF being less radio-friendly than ARTPOP. Literally every song from TF is radio-friendly because they are catchy and more pleasing to the ear than ARTPOP.

ARTPOP is loud EDM music that some people may find hard to enjoy. Sure, Gaga has released many "to-your-face" songs but none are as loud as ARTPOP. Some songs from ARTPOP may do well at radio but most of them are not suited for radio. DWUW, Gypsy, Applause, Venus, MANiCURE may be fine but songs like Swine and Jewels & Drugs are HELL NO. Sexx Dreams is too explicit for the radio.

You know why PI flopped so hard on radio? Because it was loud and very much to your face. It wasn't a radio-ready single like TC. 

By no means I'm saying TF is better than ARTPOP, but songs from TF like Pokerface, Just Dance, Starstruck, Boys, boys, boys, Paparazzi, Lovegame would do better than songs from ARTPOP. 

What Gaga said about AP being radio-ready is crap. Nobody would've wanted to listen to Aura's HAHAHAHAHAHA unless they edited it out.
