I think that was like the cherry on top of the ARTPOP era for Gaga. When it finally become Platinum elligible in 2016, the label request probably got lost in the system. Right after TEA and SEA were implemented, numerous of Gaga's stuff was recertified. Poor sis ARTPOP probably got lost
