Toxic is one of the most iconic pop songs of the 2000s and the video is recognised as one of the best ever. Out of all the songs from 2004, toxic has stood the test of time. You can not like Britney or whatever but her songs Toxic, Gimme More etc literally shaped Gaga's first album

Outside of gay culture Yeah!, My Boo, Drop It Likes Its Hot, and Let Me Love You are way more remembered from 2004. Go to a party and at least half of those will be played at one point.

Toxic is pretty iconic though, it’s still played all the time on my radio station. I hear Toxic more than those other songs and I’m not around gay culture.

I don't know what parties you're going to but I've never heard 'my boo' or 'let me love you' played

But even if you've heard only 1 of those songs played multiple times at parties that automatically discounts your claim of Toxic standing the test of time out of any song from 2004. It's in the Top 10, sure.
