nah but i think it has to do with the lack of intress WW. Like MR, Praying is mainly a succes in the US/CAN and also AUS. In europe Kesha is not well known and praying have peaks outside the top 40 in most places if it even charted. Here in sweden i have heard praying 0 times on radio and it peaked 77 on the offical charts. I think this is the case in many countries. The only song she is known for here and was played on radio was tik tok, Timber and to some lesser extent die young.

'Country' music is not popular in Europe at all, so that's why MR and Praying peaked so low on the European charts. That's why Tay Tay was not big here until 1989.
