Mark has also 5 grammy wins and 9 noms in total.

Hopefully there will be more reasons to pick MR then just gaga and the song.

I kinda think its even gonna outsell DWUW if it wins a grammy. 

DWUW released in 2013 when the digital sales highest and strongest time and its only sold 1.2M 

MR's 1.05M very impresive in 2016/2017 which is streaming era.

2013 was already on the decline in general tbh, 2010-2012 was its peak.

Germany, but I spoke about the sales climate of the USA. 2010-12 was definitely the digital sales peak of the USA. Applause was 13 weeks in the top 10 and sold 2,6M. Paparazzi was 10 weeks in the Top 10, peaked lower and sold one million more in the USA.

2010-2012 def lower than 2013 and 2014

I would say 2011 is really strong but 2013 and 2014 killer. 

Just check overall sales during these times.
