The irony is that their old approach of letting directors do their thing typically works better than their new one that involves more micromanaging. I say this having worked at a competing studio where we did analyses of the competition. So their shifting of ASIB to May is not indicative of their faith in the film necessarily and could be that they thought an earlier, more open premiere might help it as they can then promote it for longer.
