Do you also say "why isn't it All Lives Matter?"

They can say all they want about Madonna but she is really someone to look up to. I admire her a lot. And I hope from all my heart that after I bring a smile to my own face I'll be able to bring a smile to other people's faces too. We've only got each other after all.

I'm so mushy right now :selena:, so I'll take this opportunity to say that my life is quite difficult at the moment, and trust me when I say that the only times when I truly feel happy and at home is when I'm interacting with you guys on this cult site. You showed me kindness, tolerance and love. You showed me the magic that comes with being us. I love you guys !

Such a tasteless comment.

I applaud her efforts in trying to improve the quality of life of children in poverty stricken areas of our world. Not everyone of her status puts their fortune to use in ways like she does. I wish I had the resources to do what she does for disadvantaged children.

Out of topic, please Madonna stop doing this to your face, you used to be one of the most beautiful women ever..

Is this for real?

I'm not saying sick or homeless children in America don't deserve help, but are you aware Africa has been treated as the butt of the world for centuries now? Whenever something happens in America or Europe everyone and their mothers is dying to help, but Africa is always marginalized, even when there are horrendous things going in there right now on a more frequent basis than in our continents. Imagine the relief these communities feel when someone actually lends a hand and helps, unlike you, who's comments don't help anyone at all.

Also if there are sick children in America and in Africa it doesn't matter who you help if you are still helping, specially at the scale Madonna's doing, but I guess it's easy and more fun to be an *sshole.

You could google a little to bit to see what else she does. Raising Malawi isn't her only charity, she also has the Ray Of Light Foundation. She's helped fund the Detroit Achievement Academy, a free public charter school, and has also helped The Empowerment Plan, "a Detroit nonprofit that hires previously homeless women to make sleeping bag coats for homeless people," On The Ground, which supports "sustainable community development in farming regions across the world," JP Haitian Relief Organization, and the Downtown Boxing Gym Youth Program in Detroit.

You must be one of the ALL lives types tho.

That was one of the most beautiful and kind interviews I've ever seen.  Very moving.
