Yes. The barrel bomb contained TATP, which if it would have detonated correctly, would have killed dozens. There was a timer involved, not a suicide bomber, so they know there is a bomb maker at large.

I kid not when I say I will take a taxi to the venue and hotel than public transport when I will see Lady Gaga in Europe. I shouldn't be afraid but I'd rather be on the safer side. And the terror attack in Manchester Arena with Ariana Grande proves how terrorists are finding new ways to attack. I'm afraid concerts will have more attacks in the future. Bataclan was terrible too.
