Daenerys 6,120
My main concern now is Livenation and her label. Will they let her cancel? i don't know how it all works but I really want her to be able to recover without all the burden and pushing from any one. please no Troy 2.0 and his cash cowing madness. I'm thankful this time she has an understanding team and a manager that truly cares for her. I doubt Bobby gave her any grief for canceling and possibly encouraged her to. As far as Livenation goes, I hope it all works out ok.

They may not have a choice. If she isn't physically able to perform (which right now she obviously isn't) then it won't be up to Live Nation, her management, label or even Gaga herself. She literally might not be able to do it. If she's lying in bed crying and writhing in pain how can she get on a stage and sing and dance? I'm sure cancelling this was the last thing she wanted to do.

sipthistea 21,099
I blame Troy Carter and his team for not taking care of her when she needed them. They used her and treated her like a money machine, and when she broke they abandoned her. And now she lives with the sequels.

I hope she gets better and recovers fast. A US hospital is not going to admit you "to make things look good" for an upcoming documentary. There are medical criteria that have to be met. There has to be some physical signs of distress, such as a blood pressure hike, dehydration, not being able to support your weight, fainting...something! Guaranteed if this was still her previous management they'd make her go out there. Should be interesting to see how Bobby handles it. If she's that sick, she should cancel the rest of the tour and get her head on straight. Scrutinize me all you want, but obviously she's fighting through it and she almost killed herself multiple times to put on a show, she can't do that anymore. Like it sucks she's cancelling on people but it has to be way serious. 𝙸'𝚖 𝚊 𝚓𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚓𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚢 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚎𝚜 𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚍 𝚘𝚏 𝚐𝚒𝚛𝚕.

Chic 20,830
I feel terrible for her but I also feel terrible for the fans. Yes, she's in severe pain, but who's to say that someone who saves lives like a nurse and is dealing with a cancer diagnosis wasn't going to the show? People who deal with similar amounts of pain but make far less than her and just wanted an escape? I understand the sentiment on all sides but I'm sure there are fans in Brazil living in severe pain every day that just wanted to go to the show to distract from their lives. I don't think we should be discrediting what these fans are going through as well. They're real people, not all just able-bodied hyper fans with no medical issues. So my heart goes out to Gaga for sure but also the fans who live disaster to disaster only to have another bump in the road.

Tours can be rescheduled and money is replaceable. She isn't. I'd rather spend years seeing her healthy and happy than see her continue down this road. I love her and I love this base.
